Day 1: Elephants and Heritage (Kandy)
The very first part of your multi-day adventure begins with getting your heartstrings tugged at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Here you will be able to witness the adorable sight of elephants being bathed and provided care.
Next, explore the cultural capital of Sri Lanka – Kandy. Step into the bearers of Sri Lankan culture with a trip to Temple of the Tooth (Sri Dalada Maligawa) where tourists have the chance to worship a sacred Buddha relic. Visit Peradeniya Botanical Garden, one of the best floral parks on the island, and appreciate the rare scenic. Day 2: Majestic Sigiriya & Dambulla Cave Temple
on this date, we uncover the spaces of history by Sri Lanka. First, hike up to the awe-inspiring Sigiriya Fortress which is also a UNESCO World Heritage site alongside Dambulla Cave Temple. Sigiriya (Lion Rock) boasts breathtaking frescoes and ancient engineering. Alternatively, you can go to Pidurangala Rock and enjoy the panoramic views.
Afterwards, we advance to Dambulla Cave Temple which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The temple comprises five caves, each containing numerous statues and intricate murals of the Buddha, deepening our understanding of the remarkable religious and artistic traditions spanning many centuries.
Day 3: Breathtaking Highlands and Colonial Marvels (Nuwara Eliya)

We head into Nuwara Eliya, first taking a gander at Ramboda Fall, one of the Top 10 waterfalls in Sri Lanka. Then we can head to Horton Plains National Park where we can pace around the “World’s End” precipice and effortless dive into the unique biodiversity of Sri Lanka.
You can also delve into the colonial charm of Nuwara Eliya, a place hailed as “Little England.” The trip will guide you through enchanting Tea Estates where you will be able to see tea-picking as well as learn about the production process.
Day 4: Highland Wonders & Southern Escapes (Ella Region)
Relish in the stunning highland views yet again as we travel towards Ella. Visit the incredibly famous Nine Arch Bridge, a striking piece of engineering from the colonial period in the middle of the greenery covered hills. Marvel at the Rawana Ella Waterfall, one of the most beautiful landmarks with outstanding legends attached to it. Day 5: Wildlife Safari & Farewell (Yala National Park)
